“Having building work done at home is a big undertaking. Your home is important to you, and you want to know that everything is in safe hands and that things are being done properly.

“With over three decades in the building trade, I have a great deal of experience, but I understand that my customers may not be familiar with all the technical details of the decisions involved. That’s why I believe good communication is so important. I take the time to explain things clearly, without jargon, and to help my customers feel confident about the choices they’re making.

“I take great pride in my work and maintain high standards throughout every project. I also believe that professionalism doesn’t have to mean formality. I want my customers to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and talking through any aspect of their project with me.

“Above all, I believe your needs should come first. I aim to be flexible, approachable and considerate throughout the job, and I always do my best to keep the workplace clean, tidy and respectful of your home.”
